At SINGER® , we want to get your order right, every time! To ensure your order is processed correctly, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order.

  • Must be the original owner
  • Must be returned in the original packaging

Steps to Return

Step 1  Please click here to complete your Return Request.

Step 2  You will receive an email from our support team confirming your return authorization. You will also receive an email containing a UPS shipping label. Please be sure to check spam and junk folders as this will be an automated email from a UPS account. This return label will expire in 7 days.

Step 3 Print the label, adhere it to the package, and drop it off at a UPS drop-off location. Return authorization is only valid within the return window. Item must be post-dated for return within the return period. If you experience any trouble with your return label, please contact us.

Step 4 From the time we received your return, please allow up to seven business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed to the form of payment used for the original purchase and excludes any original shipping charges. Gift Box and shipping fees are not refundable.
