    Which Heavy Duty model should I choose?
    Start with how you sew. The 4511 covers essential sewing and repairs with 11 stitches. The 4523 adds speed control, an integrated needle threader and 23 stitches. The 4532 widens that to 32 utility, stretch and decorative stitches. The 4552 adds bonus Even Feed/Walking and Non-Stick feet for quilts, leather and vinyl.
    What is different between 4511, 4523, 4532 and 4552?
    All four share the full metal interior frame, strong piercing power, stainless steel bedplate, top drop-in bobbin and adjustable stitch length and width. They differ in stitch count (11, 23, 32, 32), speed control and needle threader (4523 and up), buttonhole type (4-step on the 4511, one-step on the others) and the specialty feet included with the 4552.
    Which models include speed control?
    The 4523, 4532 and 4552 include speed control, which sets the machine’s maximum sewing speed. The 4511 does not.
    Which machines have an integrated needle threader?
    The 4523, 4532 and 4552. The 4511 is threaded by hand.
    Can these machines sew denim and heavier fabrics?
    Yes. Strong piercing power and the full metal interior frame are designed for thick and layered fabrics including denim and canvas. The 4552 adds a walking foot and non-stick foot for layered materials, leather and vinyl.
    What does the Lifetime Metal Frame Warranty cover?

    What is included with each machine?
    Every machine includes an all-purpose foot, buttonhole foot, zipper foot, blind hem foot, a pack of 3 needles, 4 Class 15 transparent bobbins, thread spool caps, auxiliary spool pin, spool pin felt, needle plate screwdriver, edge/quilting guide and a seam ripper with lint brush. The 4552 also includes an Even Feed/Walking Foot, Non-Stick Foot, clearance plate and a pack of 5 Heavy Duty needles.
    Can I buy a machine with a hard case?
    Yes. Each model has a Hard Case bundle with the Universal Hard Case. When a bundle is out of stock it shows as sold out here and you can still buy the machine on its own.
    What happens if I need help setting up my machine?

    What is Smart Heavy Duty 9120 and how is it different?
    Smart Heavy Duty 9120™ is a separate, mobile-enabled machine. Your phone or tablet acts as the control center for stitch selection and real-time adjustments, and it is embroidery-ready with an optional attachment. The 4511, 4523, 4532 and 4552 are mechanical machines without connected control.
