Put on the Sensor Q Foot for free-motion Quilting with puffy battings, free-motion and built-in embroidery on fabric with batting, thick terrycloth towels, and when there is a buildup of embroidery thread or couched decorative threads.

This advanced presser foot is designed for HUSQVARNA VIKING machines in Accessory Groups 8 and 9, such as the DESIGNER EPIC™ and Diamond series.

The Sensor Q Foot automatically senses the thickness of the fabric and hovers just above it while you sew, allowing for smooth, effortless movement in any direction.

Because it glides over the fabric instead of hopping, the Sensor Q Foot provides an exceptionally smooth experience, better stitch regulation, and is quieter during operation.

No, this foot is not designed for ruler work. For quilting with rulers, you need to use the specific HUSQVARNA VIKING Free Motion Ruler Foot.

Simply attach the foot to your machine, plug it into the designated port, and your machine will automatically recognize it and adjust the settings for sensor-based free-motion quilting.
