I live outside of the United States. Do you ship internationally?

Thank you for your interest in Singer products! You have reached the site supporting North America, the United States and Canada. To purchase Singer products, please follow the link below to contact the Singer office supporting your country.


Can I place an order over the phone?

To ensure order accuracy and to protect our customers’ personal information, all orders must be placed with us online.


I placed my order, now what?

Thank you for placing an order with us! You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and followed by a second email containing shipping information once your order has shipped. These emails will also provide great tips for using your new Singer products!


Where is my order?

Please login into your Singer account and view “Order History” for updates regarding your order. We will also provide updates via email as your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.


How do I place a tax exempt order?

At this time we do not accept tax exemptions.


Can I cancel my order?

Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. We do offer free returns within 30 days after orders is received. Instructions for returning your order can be found here.
