  • 7” strip Cotton Fabric for Cuff 
  • 5” strip INSPIRA™ In-R-Form One Plus (¼” foam fusible batting) 
  • Decorative Thread
  • 60wt Bobbin Thread 
  • 50wt Cotton Sewing Thread 
  • Rotary cutter, cutting mat and 6” x 24” ruler
