The wider ⅝” finished binding is perfect for larger projects and the finished result is similar to binding by hand.

This attachment folds a 2 1/4" strip of fabric around the edge of your quilt or project, allowing you to sew a perfect 5/8" finished binding in one simple step.

This Quilt Binder is designed for HUSQVARNA VIKING machines in accessory groups 8 and 9. It is essential to verify your machine's group number for compatibility.

For a 5/8" finished binding, you will need to cut your fabric strips to a width of 2 1/4 inches. The binder will automatically fold it for you as you sew.

While it may take a little practice, this quilt binder greatly simplifies the binding process. It provides a much faster and more consistent result than traditional binding methods.

A straight stitch is typically used with the quilt binder attachment. You can adjust your needle position to ensure the stitching is perfectly placed along the edge of the binding.
