When sending in your machine, be sure to include all the goodies it came with—except for needles and other little 'consumables' that get used up. Not sure what counts? Our friendly team is just a stitch away and happy to help!

To keep things running stitch-perfect, your trade-in machine must match the serial number you gave us—no swapsies! It should be just as it came: no fancy mods inside or out. And if it’s been living its best digital life online, make sure it’s signed out and disconnected from any WiFi-linked software or accounts before sending it our way!
