PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. 1. Copyright, Licenses, and Idea Submissions.
The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Singer Sourcing Limited, LLC, its affiliates, or other third-party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant to SVP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by e-mail to SVP by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You also grant to SVP the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against SVP for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to SVP.

If a notice of copyright infringement has been filed against material posted by you on the Site, you may make a counter-notification through the contact info listed above, provided that such counter-notification complies with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). If SVP receives a valid counter-notification, it may reinstate the removed or disabled material in accordance with the DMCA.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SVP has also adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. SVP may also, in its sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
3. Use of the Site.
You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by SVP, SVP does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for SVP-identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with SVP. You also understand that SVP cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data. 4. Prohibited Uses.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Site:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries). For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SVP, an SVP employee, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing). To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm SVP or users of the Site or expose them to liability. In any data matching or data mining, including the collection or use of information about other users without their consent.
Additionally, you agree not to: Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Site. Use the Site in any manner that may (i) harm, threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate any other person in any way or involve materials that depict, promote, encourage, indicate, advocate or tend to incite the commission of a crime or other unlawful activities, violence, hatred, cruelty or discrimination against any individuals or groups, for any reason, or any act of cruelty to animals; (ii) interfere with any other persons’ use and enjoyment of the Site or of the Internet generally; (iii) result in the circumvention or breach of any user authentication, password, security or control measures regarding the Site or any other internet resource or computer system; (iv) conceal or misrepresent the author or origin of any messages or communication, or that impersonate any person, or that falsely state or otherwise misrepresent an affiliation with any other person, including any SVP representative; or (v) disclose images of any person or private information about any person (such as names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, social insurance or other security number) without that person’s permission. Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent. Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
5. Termination of Use.
SVP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of or access to all or part of the Site for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use, at any time without notice.
6. Use of Personal Information.
Your use of the Site may involve the transmission to us of certain personal information. Our policies with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information are governed according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.singer.com/pages/privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
7. Purchases and Order Processing.
The price of product on the Site will be subject to change without prior notice. In the event that the system erroneously publishes the price of a product that you purchased, you will be informed of this situation through the contact information provided during checkout.
All sales are subject to availability of the product, if there is no stock of the item purchased, SVP will notify you and return the price of the item in question or cancel the charge related to the price, according to the payment method used during checkout. If SVP has a problem processing your order, SVP will communicate it through the contact information provided during checkout.
If you purchase product as part of a pre-sale, the product will be processed, and shipment will be made at the time indicated during the pre-sale checkout process.
8. Payment Processing.
We use the services of a third-party payment provider for all on-line purchases. When you place an order on our website, your credit card data is processed directly by the Shopify payment gateway. Visit https://www.shopify.com for more details.
9. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SVP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.
10. Third Party Rights.
The provisions of paragraphs 3 (Use of the Site), and 8 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of SVP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
11. Changes to The Terms of Use and Site.
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them unless otherwise provided for and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so that you are aware of any changes.
SVP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND, TERMINATE, OR DISCONTINUE THE SITE AT ANY TIME AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS; THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE AND APPLICABLE POLICIES FREQUENTLY TO UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE THAT APPLY TO THE SITE. 13. SMS Marketing.
By consenting to SVP’s SMS marketing via email or in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via SVP’s subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications including, but not limited to, information about your order, such as order and shipping status, text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. You also agree to receive certain Service, Promotional, or sweepstakes-related messages. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Sweepstakes-related messages may include entry confirmation and drawing updates. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with “STOP” to any mobile message sent from us. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. SVP does not charge You for any messages sent by SVP to You, but You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. SVP reserves the right to modify any telephone number or short code SVP uses to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages You send to a telephone number or short code SVP has changed, including any STOP requests, may not be received, and SVP will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree that SVP will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or SMS messages. 14. Miscellaneous.
These Terms of Use shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between SVP and you for any purpose concerning these Terms of Useor the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. SVP's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms of Use. SVP may assign its rights and duties under these Terms of Use to any party at any time without notice to you. SVP strictly prohibits the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through our websites or web services. We also prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses from any ISP service for the purpose of sending spam, and will terminate any user determined to have transmitted spam that markets any of our websites or system components or that contains links to or utilizes in any way our e-commerce systems. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
The Rewards Program (“Program”) applies only to products sold on www.singer.com. The Program is operated by Singer Sourcing Limited LLC and its affiliated companies. Visit www.singer.com to register for the Program.
To receive the benefits of the Program, You must be an existing SINGER®, PFAFF®, HUSQVARNA® VIKING®, or mySewnet™ account holder at www.singer.com or You must visit www.singer.com and create and activate a SINGER, PFAFF, HUSQVARNA VIKING, or mySewnet account (“Membership”) prior to Your purchase of Qualifying Products or completing a Qualifying Activity.
Membership is open to all individuals that reside in the United States, excluding all Territories, and are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older. Our policies with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information through the Program are governed according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.singer.com/pages/privacy-policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. The Program is available only to individuals for their personal use and is limited to one (1) account per individual. Employees of SVP Worldwide and customers using unpublished discount promotions are not eligible to participate in the Program.
This Membership Agreement governs your participation in the Program. By registering for the Program, you indicate your unconditional agreement to the terms set forth in the Membership Agreement.
SINGER may, at its sole and absolute discretion, change Program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or Reward levels, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. It is your responsibility to be aware of any such changes. Continued use of your SINGER account shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereto.
You will receive Program Points (“Points”) based on the purchase of a “Qualifying Product” or the performance of a “Qualifying Activity”. A “Qualifying Product” is a product purchased from www.singer.com, and a “Qualifying Activity” includes but is not limited to creating an account on www.singer.com or following us on social media through the links provided on www.singer.com. The number of Points You can earn on the purchase of a Qualifying Product or performance of a Qualifying Activity will be determined by SINGER. The Points You can earn upon the purchase of a Qualifying Product(s) will be determined by the price of the product(s) after any discounts are applied to Your purchase on www.singer.com and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Points You can earn from the performance of a Qualifying Activity will be displayed in the promotional announcement and/or materials accompanying the Qualifying Activity. SINGER has the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase or performance qualifies for Points.
Program members earn one (1) Point for every $1.00 USD spent on Qualified Product(s) purchased on www.singer.com.
When purchasing Qualifying Product(s) on www.singer.com You automatically earn Points. When performing a Qualifying Activity, You must be logged into Your SINGER account on the www.singer.com website to earn Points.
SINGER will post earned Points to Your account within thirty (30) days from the purchase of a Qualifying Product or the performance of a Qualifying Activity. Points may only be redeemed after You have created an account and the points have been posted to Your account.
Points will be deducted on purchases of a Qualifying Product if it is returned, refunded, a credit adjustment is issued, or is labeled as an unauthorized or fraudulent charge.
No Points will be issued on purchases of a Qualifying Product if it is returned, refunded, a credit adjustment is issued, is labeled as an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, or is made by or for a business or for a business purpose.
No Points will be issued on past purchases made prior to the Program launch or prior to your Membership in the Program.
No Points will be earned on Qualifying Product(s) purchased with Points.
No Points will be earned on Qualifying Product(s) purchased by SVP employees and customers using unpublished discount promotions.
No Points will be earned on Qualifying Product(s) purchased with a SINGER Gift Card(s) as Your only form of payment.
Points earned from purchase of Qualifying Product(s) that You return for a refund will be deducted from your overall Points balance in your account.
Points have no cash value and cannot be converted to or redeemed for cash, either directly or indirectly. Tax, shipping & handling and any other charges other than the purchase price of the Qualifying Product are not eligible for Points. Shipping and handling charges apply to all products, including items purchased with Your Points.
Points are not transferable and may not be combined with Points from other Program Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member’s estate, and may not pass to Members’ successors and assigns. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued Points are not transferable by the Member (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise.
Points may be redeemed 1) for a one-time use discount code (“Reward”) on future purchases of SINGER, PFAFF, HUSQVARNA VIKING, or mySewnet products on www.singer.com. To redeem Points for a Reward, Your Membership must be active. When redeeming Points, Points will be deducted from Your account immediately upon successful submission of an eligible reward on www.singer.com.
Points must be redeemed in single increments of 200, 400, 600, 800 or 1000 values. Only one (1) Reward can be applied per sales transaction and cannot be combined with other coupon or “promo” codes.
For purchases made on www.singer.com, Rewards are available during the order checkout process. You must be logged-in to your SINGER Customer account to apply your available Reward to your current order.
Rewards expire sixty (60) days from the date You redeem Your Points.
Returns of Qualifying Product purchased with a Rewards or in combination of another method of payment will be managed as set for below.
- Returns must be returned to their original point of purchase and in adherence to the Returns requirements
- A Return made in their entirety will be refunded to the original method of payment and the Points redeemed to issue the Reward will be credited back to the Membership account
- A partial Return of a multi-item purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment, but the Reward will remain used, and no Points will be credited back to the Membership account
- Returns must be returned to their original point of purchase and in adherence to the current SVP Return Policy located at: Return Policy (gorgias.help)

To the extent provided by law, SINGER reserves the right to make Rewards and promotional offers available to select SINGER account holders based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation, or information supplied by You.
You may cancel Your Membership at any time by notifying SINGER Customer Service by mail, email, or telephone.
If there is no account activity for two (2) years, this will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated Points. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “account activity” shall mean any purchases, or redemption of Points. SINGER shall reasonably determine if an account is inactive at its sole and absolute discretion.
The information provided by You will be handled according to the SINGER Privacy Policy. If You are interested in learning more about SINGER privacy practices, please visit www.singer.com and click on the Privacy Policy link in the bottom navigation menu.
Abuse of the Program by failing to follow these Terms and Conditions, conducting any fraudulent or illegal activities, purchasing products with the intent to resell, "hacking", or conducting any other improper conduct as determined by SINGER in its sole judgment, may result in immediate cancellation of your Membership and future disqualification from Program or participation in other SINGER promotional programs, forfeiture of all Points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused Points, and termination of the business relationship with SINGER. In connection with the enforcement of any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program, SINGER reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce Your strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of any of Our rights.
Taxes may apply where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes you may incur for receiving and/or redeeming Points.
All determinations by SINGER shall be final and conclusive in each case.
We are not responsible for typographical errors and/or photographic errors and/or omissions in this agreement.
This Membership Agreement supersedes all previous Program brochures and Membership Agreements.
This Membership Agreement is governed by and construed under the law (excluding conflicts of law provisions) of Tennessee.
