Before you can embroider imported designs, or before you can install the machine update to allow using the Endless Hoop, you must first create an account on our portal called mySewnet™, which can be found at https://singer.mysewnet.com.
Embroidering Imported Designs
In order to embroider imported designs (designs not included with your machine), it will be necessary to download our complementary software. SINGER® offers complementary software (called PSW Intro) which allows you to transfer embroidery designs - such our featured embroidery design for Father’s Day - from your computer to the machine. This software is designed for use with the following machines:
SINGER®|Superb™ EM200 (or SINGER®|Quantum Stylist™) embroidery-only machines

- Note: There is no need to install PSW Intro, as the SE340 comes with a full software package called PSW Deluxe. All the capabilities of PSW Intro are already part of PSW Deluxe.

Embroidery with Endless Hoop
This month we’re featuring the SINGER® Endless Hoop, which allows you to create embroidered endless borders for fashions, home décor and more. You’ll need to update your machine to be able to use this hoop via your mySewnet™ account.
Once you have access to your own mySewnet™ account, the instructions for updating your machine (so you can use the Endless Hoop) as well as for downloading six free Endless Hoop embroidery designs, can be found under DOWNLOADS in the main menu of the site.
