The rosettes are edge-finished with the SINGER® serger, giving them interesting texture. Sew the clutch with your SINGER® sewing machine, attach the rosettes and you're ready to go!

Materials

  •  
  • Twelve 3" x 42" strips of fabrics (at least 6 different fabrics)
  • yard linen fabric for main clutch
  • yard cotton fabric for lining
  • yard heavyweight double sided fusible interfacing
  • Three spools serger thread to contrast rosette fabrics (Optional - two different sets of serger thread spools, one set dark colors & one set light colors)
  • All-purpose or machine quilting thread for clutch construction
  • Rotary cutter, mat and ruler
  • Hand sewing needle
  • One large sew-on snap
  • Fabric Glue
