Ordering FAQs

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is submitted, it starts processing and is sent to our warehouse where it is held for the delivery carrier to pick it up. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order at this point. To change or add to your order, please place a separate order for the item(s) not in your original order.


What countries do you ship to?

United States and Canada


What credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.


Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders at this time.


What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an email notification from Singer confirming your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


How do I check the status of your order?

If you were signed in to your account when the order was placed, please visit Order History within your account page for order status. If order was placed as a guest and you have not received any order notifications, please email [email protected]


I ordered/received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact us here with your name, order number, and a description of the item you received. We will be happy to help sort this out.


Do you offer group discounts or discounts to non-profit organizations, schools, etc.?

Not at the present time.
