Can I cancel my order?

Cancelling depends on the current status of your order. Please email [email protected] to request a cancellation.


What credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.


Do promotions apply to Husqvarna VIKING and PFAFF brands?

Currently no promotional codes or site promotions apply to Husqvarna VIKING and PFAFF brands. Please make separate orders for promotional items and these brands.


Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders.


What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an email notification from Singer confirming your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


How do I check the status of your order?

If you were signed in to your account when the order was placed, please visit Order History within your account page for order status. If order was placed as a guest and you have not received any order notifications, please email [email protected]


I ordered/received the wrong item, what do I do?
